PROGRAM AND CONSENT
By submitting the text opt-in form, you consent to receive text messages, including alerts and informational notices, from Data Center Resistance at the number you provide. Messages may be sent by autodialer. Donations may be requested. Consent is not a condition of purchase or donation. You must provide a number you own or are authorized to use.
FREQUENCY AND COSTS
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about charges.
OPTING OUT
Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link where available in a message. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive further program messages unless you opt in again.
HELP
Reply HELP to a program text message for assistance. If you no longer control the number you registered, unsubscribe before changing or transferring it.
DELIVERY
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device. Delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle sign-up information and SMS consent. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
CHANGES
We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Material changes affecting consent will require renewed consent where applicable.
